I am having problems receiving my security deposit (borg) back from my landlord in Nijmegen. He claims to charge a contract fee, unspecified in the original contract. When I called to tell him I was leaving, he agreed that I would not need to pay the contract fee, because I only stayed three months. Later he changed his mind. It's been months and a difficult process. I have email records, phone times, and photos.

Good afternoon, What is mentioned in the contract about returning your deposit when the rental ends? Usually the landlord only has the possibility to withhold part of the deposit, if you don't leave the house in the state in which you rented it.
