I'm sorry, but I cannot write good Dutch to explain the situation in detail. Please let me write in English. I have a problem with a fitness center in Utrecht about the membership. I bought a membership (fitness+kickboxing) in 20 April 2015 for 47.50 euro/mo. I didn't know it had a year minimum requirement (they didn't explain me back then), so I decided to downgrade the membership (fitness only) in 1 August, 2015 for 32.50 euro/mo. I told the staff that I already have the fitness+kickboxing membership, but they didn't tell me anything but asked me to sign the new paper. Since then, they have charged me for two memberships fitness+kickboxing AND fitness. I realized it in February, 2016, so I contacted them that I need a refund. One of the part time staff there told me the fitness+kickboxing is a yearly subscription, so I emailed the manager to stop the fitness membership (32.50euro), and the fitness+kickboxing membership in April, 2016 as the contract allows. Although I sent him three emails with screenshots of the transfer explaining they are wrong, he completely ignores me and still withdraws 80 euro/mo. I called the bank this morning to block the transfer from now on (I didn't know I could do it) and asked for refund on the transaction in May and June, 2016. I would really appreciate it if you could give me an advice on what I can do for the rest (about 500 euro in total). I already got an advice to write a registered letter in Dutch which I cannot do, and I don't think they respond to it either anyway.
