hi! I am an exchange student who currently studying in Erasmus University. I lived in an apartment with three other friends. One of my friends signed the contract. For me, I just signed the tenancy agreement with the landlord for the registration of city hall. However, there is a conflict between the landlord and us right now, related to settlement and deposit. I am afraid that he will make a legal claim on us. Is it possible for him to make a legal claim on me even though i didn't sign the contact? If he can, will it affect my possibility to go back to my home country? Thank you!

You signed the tenancy agreement didn't you? So you are also responsible. It will not affect your possibility to go back to your home country.
