i am a student from germany, studying in Germany and living in netherland. The reason why i moved in, in netherland, is because i got a delayed place to study and all apartment in germany were taken. The contract says, i can only move out after one year. This maybe be a problem for me, because the time to travell to my university (<1h15min) and the rental are to high. Also the conditions to live in my appartment is unpleasant. Its very dirty and unhygienic. I got everywhere in the city of my university much cheaper appartments and a much lower travell time (>15 min). Do i got a chance to cancel the contact? Please help me!
