One of my friends had asked me to pay for clothes, food, taxi saying that his card is not working. I helped him with everything by ordering things for him. But now he is refusing to pay back. I have whatsapp messages where he said he will return the money back, but now he is not responding to me. The total amount I paid for him is 3500 euros. Can I do something to get my money back?
